NC Programming
At My Machine, Inc. we produce components from a state of the art CAD/CAM System. CATIA V5. Ensuring quality and accuracy throughout the manufacturing process from part fixtures to generation of CNC code.

Our Haas VF-5/50XT has 60”x26”x25” XYZ travels and has a 50-taper spindle with 30-hp that will run up to 7.500 RPM.

Our Haas VF-7/50 has 84”x32”x30” XYZ travels and has a 50-taper cartridge spindle with 30-hp and can run up to 10,000 RPM. And when we mount our Tri-Tech head to our Haas VF-7 or VF-5 we have a 90 degree tilting, 360 degree articulating, 5-axis machine capable of manufacturing the most complex aerospace parts.

We have two identical Mori Seiki MV-55’s with 41”x21”x22” XYZ travels and have 50-taper spindles with 30-hp and run up to 4,000 RPM.

Our newest tool in the shop is a DMG Ecoline DMC 1035 V ECO with 41”x22”x20” XYZ travels, a fast double gripping tool magazine for 20 tools, a rapid transverse of 934 IMP, and has a 40-taper spindle that spins up to 8,000 RPM.
